Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to the United States. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers: FEDEX, UPS or USPS.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping: $7.99 for orders under $70
Free standard shipping on orders over $70
Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 7–15 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days.
Please note: Shipping time does not include order processing time. Total estimated time to receive your order = processing time + shipping time, approximately 15–30 business days total.
Christmas Holiday Note: To ensure delivery by Christmas Day, please place your order by December 1st. Orders placed after this date may arrive after the holiday.
Delivery Address & Tracking
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your house or apartment number. Incomplete addresses may require follow-up from our customer team and result in shipping delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive the tracking email or the link is not working, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 24 hours with supporting evidence. If you have not received your parcel within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please email service@olamod.com with your full name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
After-Sales Service
If items arrive damaged or parts are missing due to transit issues, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team promptly.
Tax Information
All displayed prices include applicable US sales tax where required. No additional sales tax will be charged at checkout.
